“Bjni” lemon flavored sparkling non alcoholic drink manufacturing technology

“Bjni” lemon flavored sparkling drink is made on the basis of mineral water “Bjni”, which is diluted with “Alapars” spring water flavored with natural lemon and sparkled with natural carbon dioxide. “Bjni” lemon flavored sparkling drink bottling is done in accordance with the certified technical instruction, sanitary rules and in compliance with hygiene norms, and consists of the following steps:

  • processing and preparation of mineral water (carried out in the same way as in the mineral water “Bjni” manufacturing),
  • processing and preparation of spring water (carried out in the same way as in the filtered water “Aragac” manufacturing),
  • preparation of syrup,
  • obtaining final product and carbonation,
  • container washing/rinsing
  • bottling,
  • cap sealing,
  • defect elimination,
  • coding,
  • labeling,
  • packing,
  • warehousing,
  • water quality control in laboratory during the whole technological process.

Bottling, cap sealing, coding, labeling, packing, storage are carried out in the same way as in other products manufacturing.  Shelf-life period of product is 12 months from the manufacturing date.
