“Bjni” Mineral Water Plant was founded in 1976 on 2.6 hectares of land with 8 million bottles per year production. The plant was privatized in 1995. Presently, production of “RRR” Mineral Water Plant has increased several times. The plant has an area of ​​7.5 hectares, including 1300 sq/m production area, 4180 sq/m warehouses and ​​2214 sq/m the administrative area. The plant continuously improves its production in terms of quantity, assortment and technical upgrade.

Currently, in addition to the natural mineral and drinking spring waters, the company produces filtered spring water, non-alcoholic soft drinks - lemonades and “Bjni” lemon flavored drink.

The mineral spring is located in the middle stream of Hrazdan river, in a picturesque gorge about 1700 meters above the sea level in the Bjni village. The 2 EK drilled well of “Bjni” carbonated mineral water is in around 200 m depth, it duplicates the 1/67 drilled well found in the same area in 1968.

The drinking spring water “Noy” flows from the mountain spring on 1700 meters above the sea level in the Alapars village, in about 35 km from Yerevan.

It is worth mentioning that from the beginning of its operations the “RRR” Mineral Water Plant is regularly implementing technology rearmament and reconstruction works: increasing production capacity, enhancing production conditions and applying interior refurbishment works for its buildings. At present, the company created production conditions that meet all the modern requirements. The company has the essential production areas and matching with all the requirements following workshops:

  • Workshop for bottling glass containers with 12,000 BPH filling lines for bottles volume 0.33 liter and 0.5 liter.
  • Workshop for bottling PET containers with 8.000 BPH and 12.000 BPH filling lines for filling mineral water into bottles volume 0.5 -1.5 liter and for filling non-alcoholic soft drinks into bottles volume 0.5 and 1.0 liter; with 8000 BPH filling lines for filling spring water into volume 0.33-1.5 liter, and for filling spring water into PET bottles volume 5.0 liter, 6.0 liter, 10.0 l and into polycarbonate bottles volume 19.0 liter (five US gallons).
  • Syrup workshop with syrup preparation system and appropriate equipment.
