Noy lemonades technology

“Noy” lemonades – sparkling non alcoholic drinks manufacturing technology

“Noy” lemonades (pear, tarragon, grapes) are made from entirely natural extracts without preservatives:  processed spring water, sugar, pear, grapes and tarragon natural extracts, citric acid as an acidity regulator. The ‘sparkle’ is obtained through the introduction of natural carbon dioxide. Bottling is done in accordance with the company recipes and technical instruction, in compliance with sanitary rules and hygiene norms, and consists of the following steps:

  • spring water processing and preparation (carried out in the same way as in the “Noy” spring water manufacturing),
  • preparation of syrup,
  • obtaining final product and carbonation,
  • container washing/rinsing,
  • bottling,
  • cap sealing,
  • defect elimination,
  • coding,
  • labeling,
  • packing,
  • storage,
  • water quality control in laboratory during the whole technological process.

Bottling is done in washed and rinsed glass containers and rinsed polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles or rinsed polycarbonate containers.  Glass bottles are cleaned with 1-4% sodium hydroxide solution; rinsing is done in multiple steps with final rinsing with 1-5 mg/l hydrogen peroxide solution and purified water. PET bottles are blown directly during the manufacturing process. Bottling, cap sealing, coding, labeling, packing, storage are carried out in the same way as in other products manufacturing.  Shelf-life period of product is 6 months from the manufacturing date.
